Abstract
INTRODUCTION: By convention, significant LMCA stenosis is treated by coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. However, with the advancement in interventional tools, operators’ expertise, pharmaceuticals and supportive measures, outlook regarding left main PCI is changing.
